Returns & Refunds

1. Misprints, damage and wrong items

If your order arrives misprinted, defective, damaged in transit, or is not the item and size you ordered, we will send a free replacement or give you a full refund. Your choice.

Tell us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order email and a photo of the problem. You do not need to send the item back.

2. Lost packages

Every order ships with tracking. If tracking shows your package never arrived, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will replace or refund it.

3. Change of mind and sizing

Every item is printed to order just for you. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or for choosing the wrong size. Check the sizing note on each product page before you buy. Our tees are a classic unisex fit.

4. Cancellations

We can cancel an order for a full refund only if it has not gone into production yet. Contact us as soon as possible after ordering.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. We issue them within 5 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to post it.

6. Shipping

We ship to US addresses only. Shipping is free: checkout adds no shipping charge. Items are made to order, then shipped with tracking.

7. How to reach us

Use the order help form. Give the email you ordered with and tell us what went wrong. We will reply by email, and you can send your photo in that reply.
